After only two or three minutes of running our 5211 it started to struggle and then just died. We immediatly suspected a fuel problem. Fuel going into the compressor had pressure when we lossened the nut.
We pulled an injector line and have no fuel coming out of any of the three lines to the injectors while trying to start it. This problem happened very fast and until now, the tractor has been running great. We suspect the compressor. Can this be dirty fuel plugging the compressor or is it probably more serious.
We are trying to figure out how to remove the compressor and investigate it, but it does look like a fairly complicated procedure. Any advice as to what may have created this. Thanks.

Has the emergency stop cable pin slipped out of the round plate on the side ofthe injection pump (not compressor)(not sure if you have cable fitted in states). If all ok, undo the fuel feed pipe on the injection pump and pump the hand primer. You should be able to pump fuel out of this pipe. If you're getting fuel into the pump and stop cable is located ok it sounds like injection pump problem. Pump is straight forward to remove but should be spill timed when re-fitting. Regards Mike

Finally, the rain has stopped and we got into the tractor fuel problem. Turned out to be a leak in the return line to the gas tank. Figure it was pulling a vacuum when turned off and allowed air into the fuel injector. Replaced all the fuel lines, bled the injector and she turned right on and stayed running.
So, now we finally have all the manuals we need to hopefully have the answers to our questions.
My only complaint with the Zetor so far, the manuals are not supplied with the tractor, you have to order these separatley or as an add on, for what I consider a pretty high price. Therefore, you don't have alot of manuals floating around.
