Still chuffed with my old 5711 (No Mike-still havnt got the ram seals from my brother yet!),and would like to know how big a plough it will cope with?
Thanks all.
How long is a piece of string??
What is your soil like ? 3 or maybe even 4 if you are on light sandy soil, and reasonably level land. limiting factor will be what the tractor will lift. For medium soils 3 furrows, but in heavy clay you will struggle to pull 2.
Dave
Really? My soils well draining, almost sandy. Most of the land is gently sloping, and my zetors supposed to lift about 1700kg if I remember rightly in fine fettle. Thanks -maybe a 3 furrow is worth a try?
