6341 repainting rear fenders

Just purchased 2003 6341 with cab, rear fenders have faded to pink. I would like to know if they are fairly easy to remove or should I just mask and paint in place? I would prefer to remove them if not to difficult.

no need to respray. they will go back to original colour with some polish its quite amazing what good the results you get with polish good luck

Hi,

They are quite straightforward to remove after you take the wheel off. As they are plastic i should think you'll need some paint suitable for plastic panels.

Thanks very much for the info, I'll try the polish but they are pink so I will be suprised if it works, but I'll let you know.

Thanks for letting me know that they are straight forward to remove, and I understand paint on plastic and you are to corrrect to point that out.
