Just got a 7045 to replace my burnt out() UTB. Can make sense of most things (though struggling to get the dashboard lights/guages working - I think I'm getting there!) except I found what looks like an extra brake fluid reservoir next to the air cleaner in front of the rad. The lid says "PLNTE TLUMICOVYM OLEJUM"
Google gave me " Fill with silencer oil" the first time then "Pneumatic oil" the second time???
Is this oil to lube the compressor & if so what spec oil & if not what is it for?
Two more questions please:-
Do I need to run a free return for hydraulic oil if using a back actor (backhoe) with just a pressure feed pipe to it's own spools & a free return & if so suggestions for best place (removable plug e.g. which could be tapped for a new connector)

I will change the oil & renew fuel filters once I've got it reliably charging, but I can't find any info on bleed points - does the hand primer do it all, or are there bleed screws as well?

On the first question the second reservoir is for damper liquid going to the steering damper.
Second question if your backhoe has a valve chest of it's own with a feed and return pipe. there should be a return pipe on the tractor already if not there will be a blank on the back near the top link.
Third question there is a bleeding screw on the injector pump and one on top of the filter housing.

Thanks for that - I'll check out the damper & bleed points & have a look for a suitable plug for the return hydraulic oil. Can you point me at any pictures of the relevant areas?
Today after much poring over the wiring diagram & testing a multitude of cut wires & miscellaneous bits of house wire added under the dash I made some progress. I removed the regulator (Lucas ACR alternator so it's redundant) & fuse box, made some new earths & cleaned all the useless ceramic fuses before refitting the old fusebox. Partial success! - I now have the charge & oil lights coming on & going off when the engine starts, temp & fuel guages not working, but I have two fuses missing whcih I'll get tomorrow. At least I now have a reliable charging system & I know the oil pressure is OK:)

Right the return bung is near the top link on a Crystal, but on your tractor there is a bung between the hand brake and hand clutch levers.
