Hi there, I,m new to the forum having just bought a tidy 7211. It's fitted with a PUH but as handy as this is, I am going to need a Drawbar as i intend to use this Tractor with the Balers.
On our Internationals and case Tractors the PUH can be drawn out and reversed with the Drawbar on the other end. I don't have the Tractor home yet and we haven't owned a Zetor for quite a few years so I am not familiar with the set up.Can anyone enlighten me or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for any replies.

If I remember correctly the draw bar is hung off the the pickup hitch hook and can be made easy enough.

It depends on who made the hitch, ARM and Dromone hitches are reversible, but the Zetor one had an adaptor that fitted over the hook

Thanks for the replies. I guess I'm going to have to wait until it arrives before I find out exactly what it's got.:( We sold our old 8011's when my father died and have used Case / Internationals ever since so I'm not sure if this is going to be a pleasant surprise or a culture shock!

If your 7211 has a zetor own made pick up hitch fitted, it was a bit of a job to swap from pick up to drawbar, so there was an adapter to go over the pick up hook and put in a pin to keep it in place and this made it a drawbar.

I have one that will fit, if you stuck.

Thanks for the replies. Tractor is home now and is fitted with a large concrete ballast block for the front loader. I can see the PUH and also at the other end is a draw bar mouth. Once I have removed the ballast weight I am going to fit the bar the other way round. I can't actually start the Tractor to remove the weight at the minute since the power steering ram was leaking so this has been disconnected for fitment of a new unit. I am having great difficulty removing the control arm from the booster pin as the loader is in the way and I cant get a puller on it. Is there an easy way of doing this? Perhaps this should be a new topic?

A topic with a clear topic description is allways helpful when others want to look up old forum posts to see how others did it in the past. Then its sort of documented :)
