Hi,
My 7745 brakes just not working right now due to empty brake fluid reservoir. In trying to trace the leak I have arrived at what seem to be the slave cylinders. These are mounted at the rear of the tractor on the main rear casting under a little plastic housing.
Am I correct? One appears wet and so is probably leaking.
I would have thought these would be mounted in the wheel hub close to the brake shoes.
If I am correct, I assume it would not be much trouble to remove and replace the faulty cylinder. I assume also that I should be able to bleed the air from this point.
Am I right or am I being too simple?
Thanks
