Advice on a Zetor 3045 for sale

I havd found a 3045 for sale on farm near me looks ok got some problem with 4wd front axle. 1967 model, tin work ok and tyres good. anyone got one of these and give some advice of what to look for when I take a viewing.

 
Dyw reit dda washi;) Its not easy to get parts for the front axle, so if it leaks oil, dont expect to be able to get new seals;) theres not much to go wrong in the axle its self just a few circlips that can snap causing it to lose drive,clunk, ect... so this could be the cause of the "trouble" you can fix it for 50p:) also the joints in the propshaft cost 350+:( each end:mad: thats over 700 to fix:mad: but you can convert it to universal joints for 20quid:D using the "pto shaft kits" from vapormatic ect... check the transfer box under the tractor for cracks and welding;) its not easy to get a new one and they always get damadged:(
 
I suppose seals are built to international standards. Imperial i guess, because it has the front axle that GMC used under 4x4 and 6x6 world war 2 trucks.. ;) roadless, Selene used these axles for Ford and IHC conversions, Renault used this axle as well. Maybe army surplus stores might be of some help as well :)

It's the axle of the famous deuce-and-a-half 6x6 truck.
 
Renze, what make would that be then? we only have the old smokey "bedfords" in the uk;)
 
do you know the number for the pto uj kits. as my 3545 has very worn out uj joints and they could do with being replaced any help would be great:)
