Hi there,

We have a zetor 6211 from 1985 with some brake problems.

We are trying to bleed the brakes but with no succes. we are bleeding at a device (don't know the name or function) behind the fueltank.

When the brakes where still working it only braked on one wheel.

Any help is welcome in tackling this problem.

Thanks, John

Hi John
The point where you are bleeding is the balance valve. You need to bleed at the wheel cylinder to get all the air out.
There is one each side of the tractor. If you have disc brakes the cylinder is located behind the plastic cover at the rear of the axle.
If you have drum brakes it is in a hole at the top of the axle (where the brake pipe goes in).

Regards Mike
