Adjust the fuel delivery quantity

Remove the cover, the top of 3 or 4 screw connections should be secured with a 10 mm wrench size. Loosen these and then adjust them with a flat-head screwdriver as follows:
- turn clockwise / screw in = more fuel
- turn anti-clockwise / screw out = less fuel
Depending on the model, 0.5 to 1 turn - too much will only lead to black smoke and thus to unused diesel. Then don't forget to re-secure the union nut!
Adjust the injection timing

Remove the cover, you will see 2 larger screw connections with a 22mm wrench size. Loosen the upper one and then adjust it with a hook wrench:
- clockwise = inject earlier
- anti-clockwise = inject later
Adjust by 0.5-1.5 turns depending on the model. If there is more fuel at the same time (see fuel quantity setting), set it clockwise a little earlier and if there is less, set it anti-clockwise a little later.
