Oil or brake fluid on 3011

I have replaced the brake cylinder on my 3011,, it looks like some oil has ben used in the brake systems and not brake fluid (dot4 ), I am a bit worried to destroy the brakesystem by using wrong type of fluid. Anyone who know what to use ? Thanks
