I can engage the PTO, and it will rotate, its RPM increasing as engine RPM increases.
However, under load, it slows down, may stop completely, and without any action on my part start to rotate again (it is as if the clutch is slipping)
Any ideas as to where to start to solve this issue, which has started during our recent cold spell (-25C to -33C the last few mornings)
