is the radiator cap on a 5211 suppossed to be a pressurized cap?
 
Yes it should be a pressurized cap on the 5211. Pressurizing a cooling system raises the boiling temp of the coolant.
 
2 bar overpressure means a boiling temperature of 120 C
At high eltitude, boiling temperature lowers. So the pressure cooling is very advantageous at altitudes.
