starter needed

What's the problem with your starter?

Have you tried cleaning up the commutator and making sure the brushes are in good condition and can slide freely?

I managed to bring mine 'back from the dead' once...

the starter on my 3011 didn't do his work because a wire inside the starter snapt and tangled up in the rotating part and so jamming the starter..:(
maybe this could be your problem too???
