very low hydolic pressure help MIKE

ok I have no rear hoist lift, when the 400 lbs, snow blower is attached to the hoist( it tries to move up but it lacks the strengh to do so), of my 5011 . If I remove the blower the hoist will raise.
I have plugged a pressure gauge, in the output for the outer circuit hydrolics and it reads 600lbs of pressure..... this is much too low. It should be at least 1100 lbs of pressure. Is it my pomp inside the hoisting, or is it the diff spool causing the problem? if it is the diff spool I have to remove the cabin to get acces I believe, .... big job if the pomp, small job, big price

Hi,

From what you've said you are very short of pressure. You should have 2400 psi or 160 Bar. There's a filter screwed into the top cover(under the seat) which is worth a check but I should think you will have to drop the pump out.
It could be a few things: Pump, relief valve, 'O' rings on stand pipe on pump plate, 'O' rings on stack pipe between hyd top cover and diff casing. With very low pressure my gut feeling is pump or relief valve, while you're in there change both. It doesn't sound like a diff valve problem as you have the problem on both services.

Or then it is the pipe between pump to hitch cover. It can bend if you drop blower fast allmost down.... All oil cant go fast enought the throught preussure relief valve and preussure peak can bend the pipe. If O-ring seals looks like a mouse have been eating them, measure the lenght of the pipe
