Which screw increases the fuel???

Hello,
Can someone tell me which screw I have to screw in to increase the power (ammount of fuel).
I thought it was the small 10mm hew nut which I marked "REGULATOR" on the picture but it only adjusted the max rpm I could reach. Went to the dealer and he said I was the one on top. Yesterday I read on another forum it should be the on which is locked by the upper 22mm hex nut.
Who can shed some light on this ????

if im right, its the middle. long time ago i fiddled with these newer pumps.

So unscrewing the 22 het nut and screwing the notched nut a littel further in should do it. We screwed in the top adjusting nut. It picks up a littel better now in the low revs.
