Zetor 5340 access to cab fans

Does anyone no how to get access to the fans, you can see the fans when removing the filters from the outside, do you have to remove all that panel outside or get access by removing the internal lining?

Lift the outside roof by loosing the two bolts in the front of the roof sides and tilt it up. Then you get access to the two fans and heater element as well as the slow speed resistors.
