zts more hp

hi guys i opened the back plate of the injector pump motorpal on my zts 16245 to give it more diesel (hp) there is 3 screws
10mm top
22mm center
22mm bottom
the top one adjusts the revs, anti clockwise for more revs, clockwise for less revs, the center one i adjusted a 22mm nut anticlockwise and screwed the bolt clockwise i dont know if it has made a difference yet..can anybody tell me what the bottom one is for its a 22mm nut and screw the same as the center one does anybody know if i have done this right?. thanks in advance for any help .

I thought it was the middle screw... not sure.
