I have a 2005 Zetor 4341 that developed a transmission oil leak. The dealer has changed all the seals and the leak has started again within 2 hours, the tractor has 200 hours on it now.
I looked at the seals when the tractor was apart and there was no obvious tear or deformity in the seals.
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you correct it.
The tractor has been out of service for 2 weeks and is needed on the ranch.

where does it leak ?

The leak is from the transmission side, as I understand it there are 2 or 3 seals/gaskets and a shaft housing that is sealed with silicone or some other sealing agent. All of these seals were replaced and I had a chance to look at them and there was no obvious failure of the sealing surface and the shafts that were being sealed had no burrs.
The clutch and PTO plates were replaced at my request because they were covered in oil.
There was not an obvious point of leakage, the clutch cavity inside the tractor frame was covered in oil.

I just talked to my dealer today and he had sent the seals and what I think is the figure 8 housing that ixer0 mentioned back to the USA distributor for inspection. They found no obvious leak points and installed new seals in the housing. The parts should be back by 30 May and hopefully the tractor will be returned to service by 1 Jun. I will post the outcome.

Transmission was resealed by dealer, no charge. no leaks so far. Thanks for the input. Drawbar broke, was replaced by heavy duty unit from larger tractor. This bar is much thicker and drops lower to the ground.
