Just as any 4 cylinder. I cant remember so i allways do it per valve, turn a bit further than when it closes, adjust and turn on till the 2nd valve closes. This way i do them all from back to front.
You could do all while the engine is in two positions, but i cant remember, i adjust valves every 5 years or so, so its easier to do it my way, than trying to remember how the "fast way" works before you can do any actual work

Three sylinder engines has a special sequense thats not like a four cylinder engine.
