You think I can get $2000 for a 1993 5211? Low hours, PTO needs some kind of work, it has to spin to have lift, no lift in any other position, very good rubber, low hours, runs like a new one. Tired of messing with it, can't get info-Zetor is not a familiar brand in this part of the world. Need to get something I can get service and info on.

It depends which country you're in. Look at your tractor marketing sites.
You should be able to buy an operators manual and workshop manual online if you look. Any competent mechanic can service a Zetor .

Corundal, do you know anything about a 5211? Can the top cover of the gearbox (where ther pto lever goes in) be removed if the center portion of the floorboard can be removed?? Through the lever hole you can see 5 nuts or bolts in a perfect row real close to each other but you cannot see how wide the top cover is...I'm guessing but I think the top cover is going to have to come off of the gearbox as a starting point....There is no turnbuckle adjustment as someone else had said there was..Any suggestions, any thoughts are appreciated...I need to dig into this thing myself. Thank You.

yes top cover comes off when floarboard is removed. it might be alittle tight but if you wiggle it around abit you should get it off. it sounds like the weld on Your lever is broken inside the top cover it happens on rear occations, especially if People have been using their feet to disengage pto.

Thanks for the quick reply---Hoping I can just remove the mid section of the floorboard--looks like they slipped it under the edge of the piece that rolls down from where the seat is attached then at the front no room for it to slide and give you any slack. I guess all I can do is start removing the bolts.......Does the shift lever go through the same cover??? When cover is removed is there a lot of stuff in there I will have to worry about coming apart or getting out of place?? Thanks so much..

first take off the rubber cover then the metal cover. you may have to loosen the lover end of the steering column cover to get of the mid section. the main gearlever is screwed to the gearbox cover by four screws just remove the lever and the lump at the end of it. no parts come loose when you take off cover.

Forterra Thanks..Tackled it early this morning(11:20 a.m. here now)--Removed complete floor on left side and the midle section. Not fun but got it off...now for the gearbox cover-it extends back under the platform that the seat mounts to--might be able to reach the bolts back under there and hope the cover will move forward about an inch to come off---metal line, I guess brake line runs right over the top of the bolts that are hidden under this edge down below where the seat mounts. Sure do wish the whole cover didn't have to come off..but looks like it does. Thanks for your help ..please keep the suggestions coming....This morning I learned that I have no pto and no lift in the 1000 pto setting no matter where the pto lever is set-does this tell you anything or suggest other problems?

Do you rotate the 540/1000rpm selector a full 180 degrees, or just change one position ?

I flip the lever from all the way to the left over to all the way(far as it will go) to the right...I don't need and will never use the 1000 setting..Just wanted to share that in case it is related to my other problem with the pto.
