6320 clear fuel filter emptying

hello...new to the forum.
so i have a zetor 6320 and i installed a clear fuel filter.the tractor runs fine but when it does some hard work the filter starts emptying and when it is no more diesel in it it starts running really rough and only idle...i shut it off for a fiew minutes. then the filter fills again. the tractor fires right up without any problem and continues......i have also changed the prime pump and this is the reason why i installed the fuel fliter before the pump.

You added on an in line filter that must restricted the flow of diesel when open the throttle well.

Not sure what all the emojis mean? You added an in-line filter that must be restricting the flow of diesel when you open the throttle, check that it is too fine to filter the diesel and it's too slow filling when you need more power.
