6341 4wd engage

My 6341 is slow to engage and disengage the four wheel drive? Any ideas

Left side under the rear axle. Looks like a small hydraulic cylinder.

found it no prob , what do i do now. its only slow to engage teh 4wd, its quick to disenagae. what should i lubricate, should i take out the cylinder?
