brake fluid

I have a 96 -97 60 hp 340.
what is the proper type of brake fluid? The type I am using seems to be eating the cylinder seals.

Thats because it is a Zetor , thats normal

DOt 4 is normally used.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic (i. e. attracts water), which make the brake sylinder rust. The rust pitting ruins the seals. It is advisable to change the brakefluid at regular intervals.
