hey guys, i though you might want to know what i have "discovered" on my 3545:sneaky: A friend was helping me fit a reconditioned injector pump and we put everything back ok tried the primer pump opened the bleed valve but nothing came out??? I loosened one of the bangos on the filter and plenty of fuel was there:) tried again but still nothing:sneaky: So whats wrong:sneaky: I thought of everything but it was still a bit funny:sneaky: then i remembered about the non-return valve that are on nearly all fuel systems:) and tried looking for it:) and "discovered" that my friend had put it on the wrong bango (the inlet one):sneaky: this was stoping all the fuel from coming in to the pump:-x so we moved it back to the other bango (the overflow back to fuel tank) pushed the primer pump and there it was the red stuff69) so maybey if you are having problems remember about the non-return valve;)
