Hi,

Can anyone help with this problem.

Have renewed the brakes on my 7745. Everything, slave cylinder, master cylinder, brake discs, deals, and the other bits.

Result, perfect brake on one side .......... little or no brake on the second side. Opened up the bad side again, to find oil leaking in to the brake housing. Brake disc wet.
Ordered new disk and new rubber seal, as I assumed the seal was faulty, or maybe I damaged it when putting it in.

Put the new gear in. Same problem. Oil getting onto the new brake disc
What's the problem. Surely there is only one possible entry point for the oil, and I would expect having changed the seal TWICE, this would not be the issue?

Any ideas???

did you replace the oil seal on the portal side in the bottom of the trumpet housing ?
