transmission brake

Does any one know how to change the transmission brake on a zetor 7745? Could we go from the bottom where that plate is or do we have to take the hole thing apart. I so could you email me at: jandjservice1@sasktel.net

You can take the lid off the transmission and find it right behind the steering column. It's a small metal plate that pushes against one of the gearwheels, when the clutch pedal is actuated
