I have had enormous problems to start my Zetor 4340 because the fuel was flowing back to the tank and difficulties to find out where the minor air leak was if any. The idea how to rebuild the fuel system is coming from a Zetor "guru" in Finland who have used this system for many many times with excellent result.
The hose from the tank was connected to a Tigerloop-in. The tiger loop-out was connected to the feeding pump. The return from the injection pump was connected to the Tigerloop flow back. Just one hose from the tank!!
After two days standing my tractor was starting direct on all cylinders. The system seems to work excellent. It is self bleeding.
Tigerloop is a De-areator for oilburners bur works also in a diesel-system.
