stuck clutch on my 3320

my clutch is stuck on my 3320 ive replaced both brake cylinders and slave cylinder i do have movement on the slave cyl when the petal is depressed it was working great when i parked it two weeks ago what can i do besides pay 1800 dollars to replace the clutch ive only got 500 hrs on the tractor and all i do is mow my pastures i love my zetor ive had it since it was new 10 years ago what would cause it to stick in the first place? im brand new on this fourm so hello to every one!!!!!!

Its possible that the clutch disk has rusted/stuck onto the flywheel.

This can happen on vehicles that don't get used much.

If you put the tractor into gear, and then start it with the clutch pedal pressed ( put the tractor into top gear ), this is usually enough to free it.
You may have to allow the tractor to drive for a short distance, but make sure you have lots of room, as you will have no way of stopping quickly.
Also don't release the clutch pedal, if the clutch frees itself the tractor will stop driving and just freewheel to a stop.

Hi

Have you had any luck trying the previous post ?
If not when you say "stuck", do you mean it will not go into gear and just grinds ? This could be a broken buttress cap on one of the release levers. It is replaceable through the inspection cover

ok tried putting it in fith gear and starting it still no luck this thing is really stuck this time the gears move fine just cant get the clutch off the fly wheel how the heck can it rust that quick it was only sitting about 2 weeks the dealer wants about 1800 dollars to change the clutch

got the clutch unstuck this evening put it in top gear depressed the clutch and cranked it up went about 200 hundred yards and it popped loose worked great im not going to let it sit for weeks at a time any more of course now that summer is here ,at least here in texas anyways ill be using it on just about a daily basis that should keep it from sticking thanks again peter
