question Zetor 7245 hyd/pto lever trouble

Zetor 5245
Parked tractor with bucket down. Came back 2 months later and no hyd nor pto. No matter where I put the selector no go. I should be able to just move the selector and get what I need, correct? Thanks in advance.
 
Hello Dan.
Do you have the pto clutch lever put down or raised up?
Do you have the reaction speed lever moved or on middle position?
